Berks County were founded in 2009 as a youth club by current chairman Richard Lloyd. In 2014, following a merger between Bracknell Rovers and Sunninghill Saints created a men’s team.
The club has the nick name of the "swords".
The club have Lee Simpson and Ellis Woods as joint managers.
